Over 100 Cypress-Fairbanks ISD student-athletes participated in the SALT leadership program at Berry Center. Through SALT, meaning Student Athlete Leadership Team, student-athletes are taught leadership and given examples to implement in their own schools.
The IDEALS SALT program was created to meet the demand for student-athlete leaders in high schools. Through SALT’s curriculum and leadership experiences, student-athletes are taught the skills they need to set the right example at their own schools.
By combining an engaging and informative leadership experience, SALT is providing student-athletes worthy of Texas public high schools.
